In order to meet the requirements of the net content of quantitative packaging commodities, we must first have a deep understanding of what quantitative packaging commodities are, what characteristics they have, and how these characteristics will affect the control of net content. Broadly speaking, quantitative packaging goods refer to pre-packaged goods with uniform quantitative value labeling for the purpose of sales, which has the following four characteristics.
　　(l) Quantified packaged goods are commodities
　　It is for the purpose of sale. Since it is a commodity, its commodity volume is the basis for trade settlement, and there must be rules to regulate it to ensure the interests of both sides of the trade.
　　(2) Quantitatively packaged goods are pre-packaged goods
　　Quantified packaged goods are pre-packaged before they can be trade-traded, i.e., pre-packaged goods. The corresponding is non-pre-packaged products, which are bulk products.
　　(3) Quantitatively packaged goods are pre-packaged commodities with marked quantity value
　　Because a quantified product must be labeled "net content" on the packaging, it is a prepackaged product with a quantitative value.
　　(4) Quantitatively packaged commodities are quantitative pre-packaged commodities
　　An important feature of quantitatively packaged goods is that their net content is "quantitative". That is to say, the net content of quantitatively packaged goods is certain, uniform, and mass-produced, and each batch has the same net content.
